<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter arrangement with wiring simplified. <P>SOLUTION: A positive pole conductor 71 is formed at the outer periphery on the surface of a rear frame 68. A negative pole conductor 72 is formed inside the positive pole conductor 71. Conductor plates 80, 83, and 86 are formed on the positive pole conductor 71. Conductor plates 81, 82, 84, 85, 87, and 88 are formed between the positive pole conductor 71 and the negative pole conductor 72. IGBTs Q3, Q5, and Q7 and diodes D3, D5, and D7 are formed on the conductor plates 80, 83, and 86, respectively. IGBTs Q4, Q6, and Q8 and diodes D4, D6, and D8 are formed on the conductor plates 81, 84, and 87, respectively.
