<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operation load of a system side, and to make it possible for a user side to transmit the execution of a exercise menu to the system side by a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic mail including a exercise menu corresponding to data indicating the executing condition of the exercise menu of each user stored in a mail log table 30 according to the distribution schedule of each user stored in a time setting table 20 by a mail creating means 50 of a server 2, and transmitted to a user terminal 1 by a mail transmitting means 60, and a return mail is received from the user terminal 1 with a mail receiving means 70, and the data of the mail log table 30 are updated by a data updating means 80 by recognizing that the exercise menu has been already executed with respect to the electronic mail whose reply mail has been received, and that the exercise menu has not been executed with respect to the electronic mail whose reply mail has not been received.
