<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration treatment method for a polyurethane waste material for obtaining a molded object, from which the proparties of foam are removed and which has flexibility (semi-rigidity) or softness (flexibility) by grinding a hard and/or soft polyurethane waste material to obtain a fine powder 1 having thorny projections and filling a mold with a hard and soft mixed ground material or a soft ground material as a start raw material to integrally compact the start raw material by degassing compression [primary compression] and heating compression [secondary compression] to shape the same, and to provide a regenerated polyurethane molded object. <P>SOLUTION: The hard polyurethane foam waste material and the soft polyurethane foam waste material are respectively ground to obtain the powder having particle size of 2 mm or less thorny projections as a regenerated raw material. A hard and soft mixed ground material wherein the soft polyurethane waste material is 5-20 wt.% with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the regenerated raw material is prepared. And by filling the mold with the hard and soft mixed ground material as the start material, applying primary compression for degassing to the start material and, next, applying second compression to the start material until reaching predetermined draft quantity in a heating atmosphere of 120-170°C, the start material is integrally compacted and shaped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
