PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method of a battery which can reduce the trouble of an element battery being damaged owing to heat of the resin, even if the frame is formed integrated with the element battery by polycarbonate resin or acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin or the like of which forming temperature is relatively high. SOLUTION: Before the element battery 2 is installed in a die, it is dipped in the tank of liquid nitrogen and cooled beforehand. The range of cooling temperature of this element battery 2 is established at -20°C so that the temperature of this element battery 2 at forming process may be within the range of allowable temperature of the element battery 2. After cooling, the element battery 2 is installed in the die and then the melting resin is injected into the die and solidified, thereby, the frame 3 made of resin is formed integrated in the element battery 2.
