PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waist bag allowing a person wearing it to enjoy fishing by dispersing force and never cause any person, the aged, the young, male or female, to feel reluctant to wear it. SOLUTION: In the waist bag provided with a pad (2), a bag (3) provided with a belt loop (5) on the back and a bag (4) provided with a belt loop (6) on the back are combined so that they can be slid to any position on a belt (1) provided with the fishing pole end rest pad (2) on the center. Although the waist bag normally looks just like a conventional waist bag, in the fishing site, it works as the fishing pole end rest pad (2) provided with the bags (3) and (4).
