PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally dispose a large number of switches on a handle pipe, and to improve the operability. SOLUTION: The plurality of switches are arrayed and disposed on the lines L1, L2 or steps S1 to S4, and an indication warning system switch group 15 having urgency and high frequently of use are allocated on the line L1 in the vicinity of a handle grip 14. The indication warning system switch group 15 is allocated on the step S2 set on the horizontal line including the handle pipe 14p and on the steps S1, S3 vertically adjacent the step. Since an audio switch group 16 having relatively low level of importance and the group 17 of switches for CB radio transmission are allocated on the place far from the handle grip 14, an integration degree increases as a whole, so that a switch panel surface can be effectively utilized, and the operability can also be improved.
