PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device suitable for increasing a cabin space at the rear of a forwardmost seat. SOLUTION: The forwardmost seat 2 of a one-box car 1 takes a relatively high high-position obtained by moving in a forward upper direction and a relatively low low-position.
