PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airtight door device having excellent airtightness and capable of stably and smoothly moving into a closed state. SOLUTION: In this airtight door device having an airtight door body laterally moving from a storage part to shield an opening of a skeleton, the front and rear of the airtight door body are supported by front and rear sash pulleys arranged to be balanced with respect to the center in the thickness direction of the airtight door body and almost on the same level, and the front and rear sash pulleys travel a travel part comprising a horizontal guide part and a laterally extended rail provided at upper parts of the storage part and opening. The airtight door device is provided with a sealing material provided at one of the facing surfaces facing each other around the opening and the airtight door body and brought into pressure contact with the other facing surface to carry out airtight sealing between the facing surfaces. The travel part is provided with a horizontal bent part moving in the direction of bringing the facing surfaces close to each other, and a vertical inclined part moving in the direction of lowering to the floor face of the opening when the airtight door body travels toward the closed state.
