<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a milk-containing coffee not causing precipitation and stably retaining its qualities for a long period of time regardless of a production process and long-term preservation; and to provide a method for producing the milk-containing coffee. <P>SOLUTION: The milk-containing coffee substantially contains no precipitation and contains sodium caseinate at a ratio of ≥0.05 wt.%.
