PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a part projecting from the outer periphery of a printed-wiring board and to reduce the area of a disposal substrate. SOLUTION: A printed-wiring board assembly 1 comprises four printed-wiring boards 3a-3d. Perforation (cutting line) 2 is included along boundary lines G1, G2 in the printed-wiring board, and auxiliary cutting lines 2a-3d that are branched into two ways from the end of the perforation 2 are formed. The auxiliary cutting lines 2a-2d are branched into two ways toward the inside of each adjacent printed-wiring board, and respective auxiliary cutting lines 2a-2e are formed so that they oppose each other while sandwiching a joint (a part where the cutting lines are interrupted) 4.
