PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a breaker from being operated while opening/closing of the contact point of a disconnector is incomplete. SOLUTION: A breaker 14 is provided with a stopper 46. The stopper evacuates when the disconnector is in "in" position or "off" position, while protrudes on the front side of a casing 26 while it is in an intermediate position. The breaker is provided with an operation handle 30, and the operation handle is rotated to open/close the contact point. The operation handle is provided with a take-up lever 36 which rotates as one body. Incomplete opening/closing of the disconnector makes the stopper protrude, to prevent movement of a take-up plate, prohibiting opening/closing operation of the breaker. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
