PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal device capable of storing operation information performed by a user and performing processing corresponding to the stored operation when a prescribed instruction key is depressed. SOLUTION: In a PDA 1, a CPU 11 sets an usual mode when an usual key in a key input device 14 is depressed. When the usual key is depressed in the usual mode, processing corresponding to key data stored in an operation key memory in a storage device 16 is executed one by one in each depression of the usual key. If a key other than the usual key is depressed when the usual mode is not set, the key data of operation keys depressed in order from an operation key data area PO are stored and processing corresponding to each key is executed.
