PLANAR ELECTROMAGNETIC ACTUATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar electromagnetic actuator constituted so that the static magnetic field generated by a static magnetic field generating means efficiently acts on a driving coil. SOLUTION: The planar type electromagnetic actuator is equipped with a frame part 6, a movable part 1 pivotally supported free to turn by the torsion bars 2 and 2 on the frame part 6, a driving coil 3 laid on the periphery part of the movable part 1 and energized to generate magnetic field, and the static magnetic field generating means 9 and 9 giving the static magnetic field to the coil 3 on the opposite side parts of the movable part 1 parallel with the axial direction of the torsion bars 2 and 2. The actuator is constituted so that the generating means 9 and 9 are arranged at aperture parts 15 and 16 formed inside the frame part 6 so that the static magnetic field may cross the coil 3 on the opposite side parts.
