摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damage detection method of a conductive structure which simply detects, by using the conductive structure as an examination object in a nondestructive manner, a damage situation such as a crack, scratch, hole or slit on a surface of the examination object including information relative to its position. SOLUTION: In this damage detection method of the conductive structure, the side of a thin insulation sheet with uniform thickness composed by sticking a line conductor on the insulation sheet is brought into contact with a surface of a plate-like conductive material or the structure of the examination object, a sinusoidal, stepped or pulsed electric signal is applied between one end of the line conductor and the examination object to measure a transmission characteristic of the electric signal, and thus information related to the damage situation and the damage position on the examination object surface is obtained from the waveform of the measured signal transmission characteristic.
