PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine, efficiently cooling a cooler of a cooling device even in a cold district having a very low outside air temperature, keeping the temperature of operating oil to achieve improvement of efficiency by recovering energy of an engine to stably perform traveling and work using a working machine. SOLUTION: A cooling fan 12 supplies cooling air to the cooler to cool the cooler, and then switches between normal rotation for discharging the cooling air to the outside and the reversed rotation for passing the cooling air through the cooler to be changed into hot air, and feeding the hot air to an engine 7 side to enter warming up. In both normal rotation and reversed rotation, the rotational frequency of the cooling fan 12 is controlled according to the temperature of a fluid such as cooling water flowing through the cooler at least to perform load interlocking operation which become the operation of heightening the cooling efficiency of the cooler.
