PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling type decorative foamed plastic block wall which represents various stereoscopic deep patterns, facilitates transportation and handling by its strength and lightness, and is constructed inexpensively and easily. SOLUTION: On the surface of a hard foamed plastic plate, projections for fitting and recesses for being fitted to the projections are aligned alternately. Fitting surfaces of the projections and the recesses include holes for reinforcing posts or a reinforcing bars and concrete which are formed every second parts where the recesses and the projections are fitted. The hard foamed plastic plates whose ends are formed in halving are fitted to face each other to form a base material. Base materials are laminated, assembled and fixed by joining ends thereof by means of a halving joint. Then a decorative plate is adhered to the surface of the base material or a coating material is applied thereon. When a thickness is made large, a spacer for adjusting the thickness is used.
