MECHANICALLY SHRUNK MOISTURE PERMEABLE AND WATERPROOF SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture permeable and waterproof sheet without spoiling moisture permeability inherent in the moisture permeable sheet even when it is subjected to a shrinkproof processing, with reducing noises caused by applying a conventional moisture permeable and waterproof sheet to houses, with bringing the sheet to enhance tear strength and have waterproofness against nail holes. SOLUTION: The moisture permeable and waterproof sheet is applied with a mechanically shrinking treatment and processed to have a large number of small wrinkles, and has≤1.5% heat-shrink rate.
