PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent smoke of a cigarette smoked by a next person from directly coming to a person's face, reducing adhesion of smell of the cigarette to the person's cloth, and to provide a comfortable space by emitting negative ions. SOLUTION: The smoke hazard preventive device is for preventing the smoke of the person from directly flowing sideways or preventing the smoke of the next person from directly flowing to the person by setting a fan disposed in front of the person's body so that air flows toward sides of the person or by adjusting the direction of air flow of the fan. In a pachinko parlor, the fan is installed on a call lamp surface on top of a game machine or an outer frame of the game machine; and in a vehicle, the fan is installed on the backrest of a front seat.
