PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat type air massage apparatus providing a user with new massage feeling of continuously moving parts receiving a pushing pressure just like when rollers are rolled. SOLUTION: This air massage apparatus is so constituted as to provide the user with the massage feeling as if the pushing force is moved in order by disposing oblong air bags in parallel to each other in the upper surface longitudinal direction of a mat and expanding/contracting the air bags in order.
