The inventive device for producing hollow plastic products comprises additional bases, vertical tooth-type heads for fixing and rotating billets, rollers provided with a cam for offsetting a cutting tool with respect to the upper part of the billet, entering and cutting rollers provided with a cam for the displacement thereof in relation to the upper part of the billet. A main base and one of the additional bases are connected to each other, to the tooth-type head for fixing and rotating billets and to the cutting tool. The other additional bases are cinematically connected to a calibrating head, the entering and cutting roller and to the cam for the displacement thereof.
