<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone with a camera, which reads out more pieces of information from a colored bar code. <P>SOLUTION: The portable telephone has a comparison/determination means which compares/determines image data photographed by a camera and a data determination threshold value for each RGB data of three primary colors of red, green and blue; an analysis means which analyzes whether the image data is a color bar code based on the determination result of the comparison/determination means; and a character conversion means which, when the image data is a color bar code based on the analysis result, reads out the RGB data from the color bar code to convert the data into characters . <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
