<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery slip for an electronic pen, which is manufactured by utilizing a manufacturing process for a conventional delivery slip, and utilizes the electronic pen, so that data is easily fetched into a server. <P>SOLUTION: The delivery slip consists of an attachment slip (53) to be attached on a delivery, and a receipt slip (54) disposed in the same plane as the attachment slip. The surfaces of the attachment slip (53) and receipt slip (54) are provided with fields for displaying delivery information to be printed with a printer. At least in parts of the delivery information displaying fields, dot patterns (32) which are readable with the electronic pen (10) provided with an ink pen unit, a reading unit to optically read the dot patterns, and an information transmitting means to transmit the read information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
