<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve type lead storage battery excelling in a discharge and neglect characteristic and a long service life of a cycle without carrying out an acid dipping process. <P>SOLUTION: The control valve type lead accumulator is assembled by having a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate, chemically transformed in a tank, dried without having an acid dipping process carried out, manufacturing a group of pole plates by laminated them with a separator in between and welding, attaching a lid after inserting the group of pole plates to a case and injecting electrolyte. The assembled control valve type lead storage battery is neglected for 20 to 60 hours after discharging until the specific gravity of the electrolyte is 1.025 to 1.100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
