LENS ASSEMBLY PART FOR LASER WELDING

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens assembly component for laser welding which can produce the uniform temperature distribution of a welding area and realize high grade welding without generating a bubbling and/or a gas in a joint part.

SOLUTION: A lens assembly component 10 for laser welding for welding the first component 30 and the second part 32 at a welding area, contains a laser source 16 outgoing a laser beam. An optical fibre 14 can receive the laser beam and be connected to the laser source 16 to permit transmission. A lens is positioned to receive the laser beam from the optical fiber 14 and has a contoured face 36 formed to reflect the laser beam so that an almost uniform temperature is produced on the whole welding area.
