PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for equalizing voltage of a storage element which contributes to the prevention of malfunction of an electronic circuit and the improvement in safety at the time of being used especially for a car-mounted battery or the like by effectively reducing the influence of noise. SOLUTION: This device for equalizing voltage of a storage element has: a transformer 2 which has two or more pieces 2a etc. of winding corresponding to at least storage elements Ba etc.; and besides in which piece 2a etc. of winding are connected in series to storage elements Ba etc.; a plurality of switching elements 3a etc. or diodes 3da etc. which constitute a loop circuit by being connected to storage elements Ba etc. and pieces 2a of winding in series, respectively; a random signal generating circuit 4 which generates random signals Sr; and pulse signal generating circuits 5x etc. which generate pulse signals Spf, Sps, and Sp, where the frequency Fp and/or the pulse width Wp fluctuate at random by this random signal Sr, and give them to the switching elements 3a etc. or the diodes 3da etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
