PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency heating device provided with a steam generating function with improved heating efficiency in which a steam generating part can be easily cleaned to be constantly kept clean, and in which temperature of an evaporation plate can be correctly measured to execute a correct steam heating process. SOLUTION: In this high-frequency heating device provided with the steam generating function, at least either high frequency or steam is supplied to a heating chamber 11 to contain a matter to be heated for heating the matter to be heated. In the high-frequency heating device provided with the steam generating function, a high frequency generating part 13, and a steam generating part 15 to generate steam in the heating chamber 11 are provided, and a cover body 41 having an opening 41a at a part is disposed with inclination on a plurality of placing surfaces 52a and 52b on the evaporation plate 35.
