PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a loading tool, in the square framework of which an article is loaded to store or transport, wherein the loaded article can be stored or transported safely without using a packing or a fixing tool. SOLUTION: The end of a flexible sheet member 1 in the longitudinal direction is fixed to a side frame 5 of the square framework 4 and a beam 3 composing a supporting part to support the sheet member 1 is provided between horizontal members 2 placed at the front and rear of the framework, at several places in a predetermined number and the sheet member 1 is fixed as the midway of the sheet member 1 hangs down from the top of the beam 3 at plural places. A hollow part 103 is formed by the hanging down part of the sheet member 1 bending between the beams 3 and the unpacked article 101 is loaded on the hollow part 103 as a loading part 102. Then the articles are prevented from hitting each other since the articles shake in the same direction and even when they come in touch with each other, the impact is soften.
