PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fraudulent acts such as falsification of big win random numbers, to improve the operating rate of a game machine and to suppress useless hitting of game media such as game balls. SOLUTION: A specified range of numerical value for generating random numbers is divided into two or more divided regions. The game machine has a divided region selecting means 37b which selects at least one of the two or more divided regions as a prize winning region for generating a random number for judgment, a random number generating means 37a which generates a random number for judgment in the divided region selected as the prize winning region, a random number extracting means 37d which extracts the random number for judgement generated by the random number generating means 37a, a state transition judging means 37e which judges whether the state should be shifted from a normal game state to a special game state and a state transition means 37f which performs processing according to the result of judgment whether or not shift the state.
