PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components, machining manhour and the cost by providing a mouth ring in the lower surface of a fire extinguish agent storage vessel, allowing the mouth ring to be also served as a leg seat for standing, and attaching and machining components in the lower surface of the fire extinguish agent storage vessel alone. SOLUTION: This mobile fire extinguishing facility is so constituted that a person rushes (moves) to the origin of a fire with the tip of a nozzle of an emission hose 8 held in the hand. The lower surface of the fire retardant storage vessel 1 is provided with the mouth ring 2 and a lid 3 is provided in a filling port 2a of the mouth ring 2.
