PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise implement by which anyone from a child to an aged person can perform a balance exercise while one can safely and conveniently enjoy it, and can keep one's health while the sense of balance is developed and a muscle power is enhanced. SOLUTION: Convex bodies having different support functions each other are provided on both faces of a plate body, and the first projected body (2) provided on one side face (10) of the plate body (1) makes the plate body rotatively swing in a range of 360°about the projected body (2) as the axis, and the second projected body (3) provided on the other side face (11) of the plate body (1) makes the plate body swing in the 180°direction about the projected body (3) as a boundary.
