<p>The present invention concerns a continuously variable transmission with double-linked planetary gears. It comprises a central input gear, a central output gear and a carrier for planetary gears, characterized by that the central input and output gears are gears of the same type, double-linked planetary gears are mounted on the said carrier, each of planetary gears includes a large planetary gear and a small planetary gear which are concentrically linked and are not rotational relatively to each other, the central input gear engages with the large planetary gear and the central output gear engages with the small planetary gear, both central gears are concentrical and rotational relatively to each other, and that the planetary gears mounted on the carrier engage with both central gears. The present device has advantages of simple construction, reliable performance, high efficiency, large capacity, as well as low cost of manufacture.</p> |
