Coding/decoding device for encoding and signing messages in computer networks distributes personalized cryptographic codes used by people and services as well as non-personalized business codes

A pair of codes for a secured communication are generated in a personalized manner by using the communication itself and an optional validation component (4) in a central component (2) or the code generation is triggered in the central component, which makes the public part of the pair of codes available to the outside and availability of these codes is triggered by a third-level component. An Independent claim is also included for a method for individualized coding/decoding, signatures and signature-checking via central components.
