<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient infusion circuit connecting implement for easily preparing a complicated infusion circuit, and preventing the mixture of bacteria, and also to provide an infusion circuit connecting system. <P>SOLUTION: The infusion circuit connecting implement 1a includes: a main connection tube 2 where the infusion solution of a main infusion transfer line in the infusion circuit flows; and a plurality of connection ports 3 which are communicated with the main connection tube 2, so as to connect the piping of a side infusion line or a syringe. A rubber-made seal valve body 51 having a nearly hemispherical and normally pressure-sealed valve hole 52 at a center part is mounted on each connection port 3. Thus, the piping of the side infusion line or the syringe such as a twist-lock type syringe is easily connected/disconnected, so that a misoperation is eliminated. Since a plurality of connection ports 3 are arranged, a plurality of syringes can be connected, such as the piping of the side infusion line, or the syringe.
