<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat sheet which can easily be molded into an arbitrary shape and is prepared by kneading and molding processing raw materials containing meat as a main raw material, and to provide a multi-layered food product using the meat sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The meat sheet 3 is prepared by kneading and molding processing the raw materials containing the meat as the main raw material, wherein the processing raw materials contain transglutaminase.
