<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security management method, a security management system, a security management device, a computer program and a recording medium for stabilizing the quality of security, and enabling a customer to exactly grasp actual security conditions. <P>SOLUTION: A security management institute having a security management device 1 and a store conclude a consulting contract for security, and the security management institute investigates the store to prepare task information including the contents of security to be performed, and stores it into the security management device 1. The security company which has made a contract for the security of the store uses an input/output device 4 connected to the security management device 1 and for inputting/outputting information to perform the task of security according to the task information outputted from the security management device 1 to the input/output device 4, and inputs the management information of the security such as task reports from the input/output device 4 to the security management device 1.
