<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular polarizer with little warping even in a high temperature and high humidity condition without increasing a thickness and its manufacturing method, and an inner type touch panel improved in warping affect by using the circular polarizer. <P>SOLUTION: This circular polarizer is composed by disposing first and second transparent structure bodies having a λ/4 wave plate function holding a polarizing film therebetween. The thickness of the circular polarizer is ≥80 μm and ≤300 μm. At least one of the following relations is satisfied, wherein a thermal linear expansion coefficient and a humidity linear expansion coefficient of the first structure are I<SB>T1</SB>and I<SB>H1</SB>, and those of the second structure are I<SB>T2</SB>, I<SB>H2</SB>respectively: 0.5×I<SB>T1</SB><I<SB>T2</SB><2.0×I<SB>T1</SB>, and 0.5×I<SB>H2</SB><I<SB>H1</SB><2.0×I<SB>H2</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
