<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance solar cell module by decreasing the electric resistance due to a connection tab at the part not on an electrode, e.g. between a plurality of solar cell elements, thereby preventing output drop of the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: In the solar cell module where a plurality of solar cell elements 1 and 2 having electrodes 3 and 4 on the surface and rear are arranged on the rear surface side of a translucent substrate connected electrically through connection tabs 17 and 18, the width of the connection tabs 17 and 18 between the electrodes 3 and 4 of the plurality of solar cell elements 1 and 2 is made wider than the width on the electrodes 3 and 4, or the thickness of the connection tabs 17 and 18 between the electrodes 3 and 4 is made thicker than the thickness on the electrodes 3 and 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
