<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer conveying device and an image forming device, provided with it that can properly clean a toner attached to an electrode component for absorbing a transfer member and reduce stain by the toner on a surface of the transfer member. <P>SOLUTION: In a transfer conveying device giving electric charge to a transfer paper 100 passing through a part facing an attracting roller 65 and a transfer conveying belt 60 and conducting the electrostatic attraction of the transfer paper 100 on the transfer conveying belt 60, a power pack 65a is constituted and controlled so as to shift the polarity of impressed voltage to the attracting roller 65 and alternately impresses positive and negative voltages on the attracting roller 65. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
