PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a city gas pressure governing equipment reducing pressure of high pressure city gas supplied from an upstream side and supplying the same to a downstream side, not requiring high precision manufacturing for construction work at site, and requiring a small manufacturing plant floor area. SOLUTION: Each functional module of a filter/a heat exchanger module 11, a governor module 12, a hot water heater module 13, an instrument module 14, and a governor maintenance module 15 which have been manufactured in a plant in a modularized form for each function are connected by piping 21-24 and wiring 25-27 at a site.
