PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work cutting method and a device by an inner peripheral blade slicer for relieving an increase-decrease in cutting resistance. SOLUTION: A speed for moving a work 3 toward a rotating blade 1 is changed according to resistance force to rotation of the blade 1. This resistance force is detected as an electric quantity generated in a motor 2 for rotating the blade 1. A motor 5 for moving the work 3 is adjusted so that this electric quantity becomes constant.
