PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger improved in yield of the material and allowing to reduce the working man-hour. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is provided with a plurality of flat hollow bodies 5A extended in the right and left direction, a header, to which both of a right and a left ends of the flat hollow bodies 5A are connected, and a low-temperature fluid side corrugate fin 7 arranged between the flat hollow bodies 5A adjacent to each other in the vertical direction. The flat hollow body 5A has a flat upper and a flat lower walls 5a and flat side walls 5b in front and rear thereof, and both of a right and a left sides are opened. The header has through holes 9 and 10 extended in the vertical direction, and the header is formed of a plurality of header structural members 8 laminated in the vertical direction so that the through holes 9 and 10 are communicated with each other and brazed to each other. A notch 12 for fitting an end of the hollow body from the top surface is formed inside in the right and left direction of each of the header structural members 8. The end of the flat hollow body 5A is fitted in the notch 12 and brazed to the header structural member 8 so that an end opening is communicated with the through holes 9 and 10.
