PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test device of an A/D converter which is capable of measuring the bit transition point of a prescribed digital code automatically and quickly. SOLUTION: The test device of the A/D converter is equipped with a comparison determination circuit which compares the output codes of the A/D converter with digital codes indicating a bit transition point to generate digital signals having a duty factor corresponding to the size of both the codes; a switching means which connects either a forward current source or a backward current source to an integrating circuit so as to reduce the output of the integrating circuit, in a period in which a determination output is larger than the codes indicating the bit transition point, or connects the other current source to the integrating circuit so as to increase the output of the integrating circuit in a period in which the determination output is smaller than the codes indicating the bit transition point; and an adder-subtracter circuit which inputs the output integrated voltage of the integrating circuit into the A/D converter, by superimposing prescribed triangular wave signals or sawtooth wave signals on the output integrated voltage.
