PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music information recording disk for which a picture suitable for a label surface can be easily selected by a user and printed. SOLUTION: The music information recording disk 10 is provided with the blank label surface 12 and a recording surface 14 having an information recording part. A music information recording area includes a music information recording area where the music information is recorded, and a picture information recording area which is a free area of the music information recording area and where a plurality of pieces of picture information to be printed on the label surface 12 are recorded. Since the plurality of pieces of picture information other than the music information are recorded for printing on the label surface 12 in the disk 10, the picture considered as suitable for the label surface 12 is selected among these pieces of information by the user according to his or her liking, etc., and the selected picture can be printed on the blank label surface 12.
