PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in wear resistance, having high sensitivity, and excellent also in repetition stability. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer on a conductive support. The photosensitive layer contains a charge transport polymer obtained by polymerizing at least a reactive monomer represented by formula (1), wherein Ar1 is a substituted or unsubstituted divalent aromatic group other than a phenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted divalent heterocyclic group or a biphenyl group; Ar2 is a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic group or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group; and X is chlorine, bromine or iodine.
