ELEVATOR CRIME PREVENTION OPERATING SYSTEM AND ELEVATOR CRIME PREVENTION OPERATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator crime prevention operating system capable of using an elevator without meeting other persons at the time of using of the elevator. SOLUTION: When a command calling for crime prevention of an elevator is transmitted from a portable terminal device 2, an image inside a car taken with a car inside monitoring camera 15 is transmitted to the portable terminal device 2. When a landing call command that is prepared on the basis of the the image inside the car is transmitted from the portable terminal device 2, the system instructs to move a car 5 to an elevator get-on gateway. When a car call command is transmitted from the portable terminal device 2, the system instructs to move the car 5 directly to a target floor. When the car 5 is moved to the target floor, the system instructs to open an elevator door on the basis of the information on presence/absence of persons in the vicinity of an elevator get-off gateway detected by a human body sensor 13.
