PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer mirror which has a solar cell, can efficiently receive sun light, to which a solar cell can be easily mounted, and which does not damage anti-chattering performance even when the solar cell is attached. SOLUTION: The outer mirror comprises a mirror base 10 projected from the side surface of a car body S of an automobile, and a mirror housing 30 suspended by the mirror base 10.
