<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the disadvantage in a conventional information delivery service method that a pass gate for detecting the arrival of a user at a destination is required in the providing start of an information delivery service used in the destination by the user. <P>SOLUTION: This information delivery service system 1 starts the providing of the information delivery service used in the destination to which the user 2 moves by any moving means 7 according to "the arrival of the moving means 7 with the user 2 at the destination".
