PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication terminal equipment for a moving body capable of reducing a communication cost between a terminal equipment and a server equipment, and capable of shortening a communication time therebetween. SOLUTION: A navigation computer 10 of the information communication terminal equipment 1 mounted on the moving body such as a vehicle specifies the present position of the present vehicle based on a GPS signal from a GPS satellite 5 received by a GPS antenna 12, and based on outputs from a vehicle speed sensor 17 and a gyro sensor 18, and guides a route by a display monitor 15 based on map information stored in a storage means 11. When downloading data file from a data center 2, an access point 4 downloaded most inexpensively (or quickly) is selected based on information of the access point 4 stored in the storage means 11, the route passing through a service area 40 is guided and automatically downloaded.
