PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact probe type storage device having a long lifetime by reducing abrasion of a contact probe. SOLUTION: These devices are data storage devices 110, 210 including storage media 116, 216 and a contact probe 112. The storage media 116, 216 include first polymer layers 118, 218 and a second polymer layer 120 on the first polymer layers 118, 218. The first polymer layers 118, 218 has conductivity.
