PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically locate a broadcasting station that is receivable without interference regardless of the location and place of a self-station. SOLUTION: Electric field strength from an optional broadcasting station is calculated from positional information and time information of a receiving point obtained from a GPS device, the possibility of broadcasting station itself is examined, and the possibility of interfering with other broadcasting stations is examined to exclude the interference.
